Concierge + Cleaning

Combine your ongoing Concierge support with short-term rental cleanings in one monthly package. Choose a Concierge plan, tell us your bedrooms and bathrooms, and pick how many cleanings to include each month — your exact monthly price is shown before you subscribe.

Property Inspection

$49

A scheduled visit to the property to check its general condition and identify any visible issues. This can include checking for damage, cleanliness concerns, missing items, or anything that may need the owner's attention.

Emergency Services

$75

An on-site emergency visit when immediate assistance is needed at the property. This may include checking on an unexpected property issue, responding to an urgent situation, or providing on-site assistance when the host is unable to be there.

Grocery Stocking

$40 + groceries

We purchase or pick up requested groceries and stock them inside the property before the owner's or guest's arrival.

The $40 is our service fee. The actual cost of the groceries is additional — we send a separate invoice with receipts afterward.

Welcome Basket Setup

$30 + supplies

We set up a welcome basket or welcome items at the property according to the host's instructions.

The $30 is our service fee. The actual cost of the supplies or items is additional — we send a separate invoice with receipts afterward.

Special Occasion Setup

$60 + supplies

We prepare the property for a birthday, anniversary, honeymoon, celebration, or other special occasion.

The $60 is our service fee. The actual cost of the supplies or decorations is additional — we send a separate invoice with receipts afterward.

Owner Arrival Preparation

We prepare the property before the owner's arrival by checking the property, making sure requested items are in place, and addressing basic preparation needs.

Vendor Appointment Coordination

$30

We coordinate a scheduled appointment with a vendor, such as a plumber, HVAC technician, electrician, delivery company, or other service provider. This can include communicating with the vendor, scheduling the appointment, and being present at the property when needed.

Maintenance Coordination

$40

We coordinate a maintenance issue on the host's behalf from the initial report through completion. This can include communicating with the maintenance provider, scheduling service, providing property access, communicating updates to the host, and confirming that the issue was addressed.

Supply Restocking

$30 + supplies

We restock approved property supplies such as toiletries, paper products, cleaning supplies, guest essentials, or other items requested by the host.

The $30 is our service fee. The actual cost of the supplies is additional — we send a separate invoice with receipts afterward.

Transportation Coordination

$25 + transport cost

We coordinate transportation for an owner, guest, vendor, or other approved individual.

This is a coordination fee. The actual transportation cost is additional and is invoiced separately afterward.
