Move-Out Cleaning
Move-Out Cleaning is designed for properties being vacated and prepared for the next occupant. We clean the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, floors, and surfaces in detail so the home is ready for hand-off, walkthrough, or listing. Move-in cleans use the same scope and pricing.

- Kitchen cleaned in detail, including appliance exteriors and cabinet fronts
- Bathrooms fully cleaned and sanitized
- Bedrooms and closets wiped out and dusted
- Living areas and all reachable surfaces detailed
- Baseboards, trim, and door frames
- Floors vacuumed, swept, scrubbed, and mopped
- Cabinets cleaned inside as selected
- General move-out cleaning and trash removal
Every task list is customizable — tell us your priorities and we'll build the clean around them.

Condition surcharges
Condition charges cover extra labor caused by the state of the property. They're separate from add-ons, which are extra services.
