Post-Construction Cleaning is designed for properties after construction, renovation, remodeling, or similar work. We remove construction dust from surfaces and detail the kitchen, bathrooms, floors, cabinets, and surfaces within the selected scope so the space shows like new.

Condition surcharges
Condition charges cover extra labor caused by the state of the property. They're separate from add-ons, which are extra services.
